On the first floor, another room has been prepared for guests, serving as both a bedroom and an additional living room. There is a second TV Sat, another dining table and beds for 3 more people. There is a second kitchen connected to this room, also fully equipped. There is an exit to the balcony from the room. Upstairs there is also an additional bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available. There is a barbecue and a fireplace. A well-insulated, insulated house is heated by a fireplace and can be comfortably used all year round. The huge garden (1 ha) is a great attraction here, which is an ideal setting for many games and activities in the open air. In a beautifully maintained orchard, you can eat apples, plums or pears.
